The knot of fate will appear under the category of combat objects only after you defeat the four gym and get four icons of the gym. It will not appear earlier, and in other Deli bird Presents stores, the Knot of Fate will not be on sale.

Deli bird Presents in Messages is located southeast of the city. If you come in from the south, turn right in front of the stairs, and the first building you come to is Deli bird Presents.
It doesn’t matter what four icons of the gym you earned. While you have four, return to the Deli bird Presents store in Messages, the first major city where your academy is located. Enter the store and buy a fate node for 20,000 designs.
