With the end of 2019, we find appropriate credit where it is due in the game industry and at the moment we discuss the best performances of 2019. Which actors have sold the emotions of their characters most effectively? Which person has spoken the best dialogue? What characters could we really tie? It may be any NPC that will not leave you alone with the main character or a nasty games released in 2019. These are the best performances we recognize to crown the year:
Mads Mikkelsen was one of the high level players that Hideo Kojima sorted on the component for his first ambitious title with Kojima Productions, Death Stranding. His ability to embody a convincing bad guy has officially transcended the film industry through the game events and we discover more of his twisted psychology. Many scenes with Mikkelsen in Death Stranding are from a Baby Bridge in an incubator, adding mystical to intrigue. Mads Mikkelsen is a renowned player in the film industry and is officially recognized for its legendary performance in Death Stranding as Cliff. We are not the first to award in Mads Mikkelsen The best performances of the year, but we think it when we say it’s a deserved throne for him to sit while waiting for his next game project. Mads Mikkelsen A is proven to the cinema, on television and now has his resemblance in a most sold video game, what can not this man do?
Sam Witwer is an American actor and musician who played the main character Deacon St. John in Days G1. Deacon is a bonus hunter and a mercenary, fighting the zombie epidemic with his best friend Boozer while they cross the Northwest Pacific. Diacre St. John is likely grainy and dark while Sam Witwer offers credible post-apocalyptic performance. Being one of the few humans to stay alive after an apocalyptic epidemic, the world has become very lonely for Deacon St.John and Sam Witwer doing impeccable job to transmit emotions that people can feel after having lost so many friends while trying to make new ones. It’s not easy to play a Apocalypse but Sam Witwer took her out of the park.
By keeping the theme of high-level actors, Courtney Hope played in The Bold and The Beautiful and Mob Rules, but his performance in Control probably exceed both. Control is a game that focuses on the psychology of the protagonist and Player Jesse Faden who is expressed by Hope. Getting an overview of the mind of a lively character is often a difficult task, but the performance of Courtney Hope sells it brilliantly. The crazy redheads are usually not under the spotlight, but Jesse Faden was so convincing, but charming, that we thought that Courtney Hope deserved a lot of credit for his performance in Control. Courtney Hope continues to deliver his career and we look forward to his next role in a video game.
What is this? Another actor of Death Stranding? We will admit that Hideo Kojima went a little too far with the movie players in his first title with Kojima Productions but each of them transcended his actual personalities in Death Stranding. It’s no different for Tommer Earl Jenkins who played Die-Hardman, Current President of United Cities of America and Bridges Director in the game. Although Tommer Earl Jenkins has also recognizable features as Mikkelson and Reedus, Die-Hardman is still seen wearing a black mask intimidating with text on the forehead that says BR-10-14P-9999 Ludens. For its complex role of Die-Hardman in Death Stranding, Tummie Earl Jenkins got a place in the best five performance of the year. The ability to transmit such an emotion while wearing a mask is really admirable and many actors can observe Tommer Earl Jenkins to learn more. We have a lot of questions about Death Stranding after playing it, but the most notable is how a person named Die wins an election?
