One of the most important things in every Zelda game is to have many bottles and to know where to find them, and luckily there are a lot to find in Skyward Sword HD. Overall, there are five bottles that you can discover in the gameplay. Some are almost available from the beginning, while others are first found in one of the last dungeons of the game. We will see each other where and how you get every single of these bottles, in order when you can get them.
Skyward Sword Bottle # 1 Location
The first bottle you can get into your fingers is located on the bazaar in skyloft, just before you go to the surface for the first time. The lady, which leads the magic tray, will notice that you have no bottles with themselves and give a free of charge when they talk to her.

The next bottle is so close to this that it probably lasts less than thirty minutes until you hold the thing in your hands. You will find it in a chest in the sealed temple, right next to the old woman. Just open and get your second bottle there. These two bottles are the only ones that the game goes directly to you, the others require a little more work before they can have them.
Skyward Sword Bottle # 3 position
The third bottle is one of the rewards that you receive with one of the many side quests of the game. After a certain point in the game, you will find someone named Parrow, who goes around and asks where his sister is. He will tell you that she broke up to the colorful island in the south, so jump on her bird and hunt her. You will find you on a small island between the relevant island and skyloft.
She will say your bird is injured and help help. Fly back to Parrov and he gives you a bottle of mushroom pores, fly back to the island to hand it over, and you may keep the bottle. This is probably the most complicated bottle in the game, as the next two can be found again in random chests.

The next bottle is located in the Fire Sanctuary, the sixth dungeon of the game. After you have the Mogma MITTS, go back to the room where you are encountered to a lonely enemy that looks like a LavaHand. Use the gloves to open the gate to some aquatic plants and use them to defeat the enemy. Take the newly opened pass to get to the chest with the bottle.

The last bottle can be found by first reaching the point in the game where you need to find the Fire Dragon Eldin. On the way to the dragon you will find a goddess cube. Activate it to open the chest with the bottle. The appropriate chest is then located in the western part of the storm cloud, on an island where you have to dig through the ground to get to the chest.
