The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD (Switch) made the leap in July 2021 on the top position of German sales charts of physical boxing versions. The second place backcomers F1 2021 secures, while continuous burner Mario Kart 8 deluxe is on the third position. Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin celebrates its premiere on the sixth place. Incidentally, the top 20 is twelve switch-exclusive titles.
The fitness adventure ring Fit Adventure (Release: October 2019) was still on the pole position in June. In July, it went downhill to the tenth place. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart (exclusively for PS5) falls from 2nd place in 9. Also Miitopia must have feathers (from 7 to 20).
The top 20 of the German Games Charts (Source) are determined monthly by the Game Association of the German Games Branch eV and GFK Entertainment and only include the sales of games on physical data carriers in retail or boxed versions (* without digital sales * ). Much of the actual sales on digital distribution platforms (Steam, Epic Games Store, Gog.com, PlayStation Store, Xbox / Microsoft Store, Nintendo eShop) are therefore not covered.
The German Games charts are charged monthly Game – Association of the German Games Industry E.V. and GFK Entertainment. Pictured are the cumulative sales chutes of the platforms PC as well as stationary and portable game consoles. The ranking depends on the sold units of all games from a price of 20 euros. The New mark in the Premonath column signals the new entry or return of a game in the top 20.
